In 'Three Guineas' the war as well as the exclusion of women in labour and education in a society which educates them to serve and be mothers are rejected as a preposterous fiction and absolutely masculin. "El deseo de la civilización" is a piece of work which adopts familiar films shot in Spain during the Republic, the Civil War and in the early years of Franco's regime. The domestic cinema turns into an chronicle offering alternative to the big narratives, which reveals the social differences and stereotypes of gender learned since childhood in a civilisation of strenght despised by Woolf.
She is a journalist and producer. She graduates in Film Studies at the Universidad Católica de Chile and holds a Master's degree in Creative Documentaries from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. She realizes her work in investigation, production of documentaries and writing. In the teaching sector she gives lectures, seminars and master classes.
