One of the most universal examples of Easter in Spain is the Gypsy Christ, which takes place every year in Sacramonte, the famous borough of Granada during the eve of Good Wednesday. Sacromonte is filled with bonfires everywhere to welcome the Christ of the Gypsies and the Holy Virgin of Sacromonte.

Mario, director and screenwriter, made the short film 'Chocolate con Churros' (2006), winner of 14 awards and selected for over 100 international festivals all over the world. He has directed theatre and been a member of the Prix de la Jeunesse at the Cannes Film Festival and the Talent Campus at the Berlinale. 'Por Harraga' (2008) was nominated to the Goya Awards.
