Fernando lives in the heart of Barcelona's Chinatown, where he seeks life peddling amphetamines and alternating with a unique gallery of sinister characters. In one of those stolen life sunrises, Fernando will meet Elsa, a sweet and lively young teen, with a strange and self-destructive personality who unwittingly become his worst addiction. Together they'll try to survive in a shadowy villain Barcelona in which by the end of the day is taken by the renegades of society and their particular codes.

Rodrigo Rodero Álvarez
Rodrigo was born in Madrid, in 1974. He has a MA in Audiovisual Communication, graduated in Computer Engineering, and in Film Direction at the ECAM. He's one of the founders of the production companies Skapada Films and Marela Films together with Raquel Colera y Luis Bellido and they dedicated to fund independent projects and soon obtained professional recognition due to more than 150 international awards in well-known and prestigious festivals from all over the world thanks to short films such as 'Chatarra' (2005), 'Seis o siete veranos' (2007) or 'Campo de la Rosa' (2006). His short film 'Chatarra' was preselected for the Oscars in its edition of 2006. 'Impossible Lyrics' is his first feature film.
