Avelina is graduated in Architecture. She has worked as script supervisor in several films, with directors such as Javier Rebollo, Víctor García León, David Trueba, Sigfrid Monleón or Adán Aliaga. She has directed the shortfilms: '208 palabras', 'Puerta 6', 'El abrigo rojo' and 'La fábrica de luz'.
