A van arrives at the foot of a building. Two men get off: the transporters who are going to raise the piano. They still have a long journey of five floors in front, full of difficulties and obstacles, always under the worried look of the owner, who can't imagine the real sensibility of those that support, strongly, her fragile instrument.
