Sergi Portabella
Sergi studied Direction in the ESCAC between 1998 and 2002 and he graduated with the DOP speciality. Shortly afterwards, he let the photography to concentrate himself on scriptwriting and direction. In 2003, he co-founded with some classmate Bipolar Films, a production of clips and musical documentaries. He wrote and directed a mini Tv serie 'Nàufrags" and the short films 'Autoayuda' (2005), 'Te quiero' (2009) y 'The astronaut on the roof' (2010). This one was selected in the Berlinale as one of the five finalists of the Berlin Today Award project and opened its premiere in this festival in February of 2010.
