Mario, a young fishmonger, dreams to become a wild sea bass in order to start a long journey that will take him from a fisherman's net to the pan of Cilla, the beautiful customer he loves secretly.

Claudio Lauri
Born in Naples (Italy) in 1979. Ph.D. Candidate in Linguistics at the University of Basel (CH). In 2005, awarded at the Nisi Masa European Scriptwriting Contest. Since 2007 is working on the group project "Digital Diary. 7 Directors, 7 Short movies, the same City" for Blackout Film (http://www.blackoutfilm.eu). With Sea Bass Dream (2006) he made his debut as director.
