Back from Erevan, where he went on a business trip on behalf of his father, Jérôme Kafedjian sees that the construcction of the long expected Armanian genocide memorial which his father initiatied, has stopped. A mysterious stranger reveals to him that his father is bankrupt and offers a deal to start the construction again.
