It's the portrait of a German widow living and working as a psychoanalyst in Istanbul. One evening after a long separation, she meets up with her daughter who has joined the Kurdish guerilla movement in eastern Turkey. The daughter reveals an amazing secret to her mother. And the night holds yet another surprise.

Dirk Schäfer
Dirk studied at the Academy of Media Arts, in Cologne. He did a Masterclass at the Andrzej-Wajda-School in Warsaw. He's a dramatic adviser at the 'Felix Bloch Erben Agency' Berlin.
