A dark, winding river: a rowing boat cuts through the black water. An old man rows frantically, as a young boy sits in the stern of the boat. Is the man rowing the child away from harm or towards it?

'The River' is the first financed film from Adam, director, editor and scriptwriter. He's currently working on two shorts films this year and developing a feature length screenplay set in the same environment as 'The River'.
