Two scientists in the end of the 19th century invented a machine capable of bringing books to life. They're just about to test it for the first time. Will the experiment work out?

Nikolai Neumetzler
Born in 1981 in Berlin, Nikolai studied 'Kommunikation-Design' at the Niederrhein University of Applied Science in Krefeld until Prediploma in 2004. Since 2004 he studied Animation at the Film and Television Academy (HFF) "Konrad Wolf" where he reached the Prediploma with his film 'Ein Traum' in 2007. Now he's working freelance as animator in Berlin and teaches Animation at the Bauhaus University in Weimar.
Ulrike Schulz
Ulrike was born in 1982 and started to study History of Arts at the FU in Berlin in 2002. She passed a further education for Animation at the International Filmschool Cologne in 2002/03 and finally made it to the HFF 'Konrad Wolf' University for Film and Television in Potsdam, till 2010. Now she's working free-lance as Animator and also giving a animation course for beginners at the Bauhaus University in Weimar.
