Ana, a paraplegic girl of churlish and difficult character, asks her parents to take her to a chapel - where Juan Paul II is venerated - to ask him for the miracle of her treatment. The father is atheistic; the mother, believer. The request of the girl will do that a conflict arises in the marriage.
