Riaño's recent history is marked by the construction of the traumatic dam that led the original town to flood in 1987. Other seven villages of the valley were also covered by the waters. Javier, Luis and Natalia will spend a year exploring the area.

'Los hijos' is an audiovisual collective born with the intention to investigate the cinematographic form and get into the no-narrative speech. Composed of Javier Fernández, Luis López and Natalia Marín, they have just finished their first experimental film 'Los materiales'.
