Carmen is finally pregnant, so she decides to make use of her husband Antonio's birthday party to tell him the news in a very special way. But Antonio's friends have prepared playing a joke on him on his party's day, so nothing will work out as expected, so Carmen will be surprised. So will be the friends. So will be, of course, Antonio.
