Eighteen months after having been severely gored, the legendary José Tomas Torero makes his big comeback on the 23rd of July 2011 in Valencia's bullrings. On this day of "reaparición", thousands of aficionados come from all over the world with José Tomas in their sights.

Xavier, born in Brussels in 1975, is director and scriptwriter. After studying Law, he enters the IAD in 2001. In 2005, 'Rien d'insoluble', his end-of-year presentation, received many prizes and was selected in more than 50 festivals (among them the Venice Mostra). In 2007, he wrote and directed with Christophe Hermans the short film called 'Le crabe'. In 2008, he worked with Christophe Hermans on the writing of the documentary 'Les parents' and writes with Jacques Molitor the script of 'En compagnie de la poussière' (selected at the Locarno Film Festival). He's currently preparing the shooting of his first fiction feature-lenght film, and a documentary about Belgian wrestler.
