Sasha lives with his mum in a village near Kazan in Tatarstan, Russia. He has ambition to become a soldier. At the age of 9, he joined Cadet Corps. Now he has a far-reaching plan to study in Naval Academy in the faraway city of Samara. His mum discourages him from these ideas. She insists she won't let him go, even though Sasha, now 12, will be adult by this time...

Michal Szczesniak
In 2000, Michal started to work as a journalist, writing for Playboy and the Polish weekly Wprost. A year later, he was a critic for the music column in a daily paper, Zycie. A lot changed in 2005 when he won a Nisi Masa European Script Contest Award for the short script 'A Boat'. More recently, he has written scripts, a novel and he's still studying Sociology. For the last two years he has run Lemon TV as an executive producer and director of programs, the most popular internet television channel in Poland.
