A broken family. A disillusioned young man and his alcoholic father living together in a tense relationship. The former losses his job. The latter, the money he doesn’t have in a bet. The events unfold revealing that this might not be just another episode but a turning point in their lives.

Zacarías De Santiago Areizaga studies Physics before deciding his passion is Film. After different courses and short films he joins Columbia Films at their production office in Madrid. Three years later he chooses to pursue his own personal projects, THE HEIR being the first one to be produced.
