REGRESSION

It's January 1981, as we see images of Ronald Reagan's swearing in ceremony as President of the United States, the voice over tells us of another event running in parallel to this important event. We hear of a supposed conspiracy by the CIA to control the work of various NGOs in the United States during that period. In various interviews with people involved in this sequence of events, the documentary sheds light on what happened to these NGOs and their activists, leaving viewers to draw their own conclusions.
