A drama of loyalties and lies featuring a group of arrogant and helpless, vulnerable and violent men. The group is made up of: Ángel, a young candidate for inspector, intelligent and compassionate; Rafael, a young policeman in a hurry, blunt and arrogant; Miguel and Mateo, the crafty members of the group, capable of the greatest brutality, but also of unexpected shows of tenderness. According to Group 7 there is no thin line separating ethically dodgy behaviour from what is clearly illegal. Their modus operandi: violence, coercion, lies and half truths... anything goes.

Alberto Rodríguez Librero
Alberto was born in Sevilla in 1971. After having co-directed with Santi Amodeo, 'El Factor Pilgrim', he participated in Berlin Festival with his first feature film 'El Traje'. With '7 Vírgenes', he strengthened as one of the most interesting young director of the Spanish scene. He participated and won in San Sebastián Film Festival, the Concha de Plata, and his success was confirmed with no more than six nominations at the Goya awards: Best Director, Best Original Script, Best Actor, Best New Actress and Best New Actor to Jesús Carroza, that would finally risen up with the statuette. He also obtained the prestigous award La Navaja de Buñuel and participated, not only in the most relevant Spanish festivals, but also in well-known international festivals like Toronto International Film Festival.
