But then the mafia decides to contact Jackie Cogan (Brad Pitt) to get him on the case, find the thieves and deal with them appropriately. Jackie, the only one with a grain of intelligence, wants his cut.

Andrew Dominik
Andrew was born in Wellington, New Zealand, in 1967. Two years later his family moved to Australia, where he graduated in Melbourne's Swinburne Film School in 1988. His debut in cinema started at the beginning of 2000, when he directed the film 'Chopper', based on the famous Australian murderer Mark Brandon Read, starring Eric Bana and Vince Colosimo. 'Chopper' received good reviews, and Bana was awarded for his portrait of 'Chopper'. His following film was 'The Murder of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford', with Brad Pitt and Casey Affleck. Even if it was realized in 2006, the premiere of the film was postponed, originally foreseen for 2006, it was launched in 2007.
