A couple is on vacation with their car. They drive past green hills and small roads. Suddenly the man realizes he lost his way. They drive into a forest. How thin is the layer veneer of civilization?

Kristof Hoornaert

Kristof was born in Belgium in 1980. He eventually chose to study Audiovisual Arts in Ghent and Brussels. His first short film 'Kain' premiered in the official competition of the 59th Berlin International Film Festival, where it got nominated for the Golden Bear. 'The Fall' is his second short film.
