Don Artemidoro, an old man over one hundred years of age, lives voluntarily in the hospital for his longevity to be studied. For the past fifteen years he has been in the care of the same nurse, Marlem, who is secretly in love with him. She's fascinated about the stories he tells her and she can't distinguish reality from fiction. This time he tells her the story about the brutal destiny of his friend Jacinto, this could be the last story.
