Handbrushes, collected from the rubble in the ruins of a former ship propeller factory, have grown beaks. At a conference they connect built-in obsolescence and the belief in economic growth with shooting for the moon.

Franz Winzentsen
Franz was born in 1939. He studied Painting, Art Design and Photography. Since 1964, he's making animation, essay, feature and children's films. From 1987 to 2002, he was professor for Animation at the University of Fine Arts of Hamburg.
