After thirteen years in Spain, Hassan cannot find work anymore and decides to approach his journey back home. Fran Araújo
Fran has a degree in Media of the Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca. He studied also several courses with Rubens W. Correa such as Actor Direction and Dramaturgy and a doctorate in Cinema's History in the Universidad Autónoma of Madrid. He started his career as a screenwriter. He wrote several award-winning documentaries and short films. 'El rayo' is his first feature film.
Ernesto de Nova
Ernesto began medical studies. After two years he changed his mind and started to study Audiovisual Communication instead. Ernesto has worked in television in different positions as production, editing or direction, as well as in advertising spots. 'El Rayo' is his first feature film and his first serious foray into film directing.
