As thirty-year-old Parisian executive Patissot is suffering from stress, his doctor advises him to exercise and get some fresh air in the countryside. After unsuccessful attempts at socializing on the Berges de Seine’s fitness trail he leaves Paris by train to go and discover a forest in the Yvelines.
