Christine was born in 1972 and grew up in Bremen. She works and lives as a filmmaker in Berlin. Since 1992 she worked as a Club-DJ and journalist. In 2001, she obtained a M.A. in Cultural studies, Art History and German Literature at Humboldt University in Berlin. In 2006, she graduated at the Academy of Media Arts in Cologne, before being an artist in resident in Villa Aurora, Los Angeles, in 2007.
