In the last three decades specific plans and programs to offset disadvantages and to promote equal opportunities, have been decisive for the Roma people of this country to decide to choos new ways. Selected ways to advance at a certain rate and allowing them to expand their job opportunities without incurring to abandon their ancient identity.
