Amaury Athanam is a stag man who lives a secluded life. He can no longer stand the way he looks and wants to put an end to his depressing existence. Unable to pluck up the courage to commit suicide, he hires a killer. But Amaury then meets Corazon, a charming young woman with the face of a doe with whom he falls in love. Having recovered his taste for life, Amaury no longer wants to die but you cannot summon death only to send it away again...

Caroline Thirion

Virginie Gourmel was born in the early 1970s in Lyon, capital of fine food and sausage (Lyon sausage that is). After a happy childhood (she modelled as a child for the LB ice cream company) and an equally happy adolescence, for a long time Virginie considered becoming an Olympic horseball champion. But, since she is pretty single-minded and adores Marilyn Monroe, she enrolled to study cinema at the INSAS, in Brussels. From the directing department, she soon moved to the photography one. After around eight years working as a camera assistant (L\'Iceberg, Cages, En territoire Indien, Ta soeur, Nord Plage...), she moved on to more serious things in 2005 and directed her first short film \
