Sari, 40, is leading the morning meeting for management at the multinational company she works for. She'll find out who will be taking over the company's Stockholm office: she or a colleague. Desperate for the promotion, Sari works hard, but nothing goes according to plan. On her way up the corporate ladder, Sari bumps into an invisible but real obstacle.

Iris Olsson
Iris was born in 1981 in Finland. She studied Producing and Documentary Film Directing at the University of Art and Design Helsinki and holds a BA in Documentary Directing. She has worked as a freelancer in the field of television and film production in various fields. In 2005, she held a workshop in Senegal. Currently, she's working as a documentary director for the National Finnish Broadcasting Company YLE and finishing her Documentary Directing studies.
