Sebastin Alvarez was born in 1967 in Acarigua (Venezuela). In 1986 finished his studies of Sound and Image in the Politecnica School of Ofra and began to work with Rios Brothers in their production company. In 1995 founded Volcano Films. He has done works as DOP, producer and director, until today
