This story of love and conflict follows the arguments between a heterosexual couple who don´t know they are only Barbie dolls being manipulated by an unseen being. Age old confusions of love vs. lust and free will vs. fate. Green Umbrella asks whether romantic relationships are as epic and dramatic as they seem, or whether they are merely venues for acting out ideas acquired in childhood, and raises the question: Are we ever too old to play with Barbies?
