A family portrait told through Super8 footage and old tapes from 1975-77. In it's essence the question about belief. A boy and his dilemma to stand between the wish for freedom, struggle in adolescence and strong urge for Christian enlightenment from his family background.


Andreas Grützner
Born in Germany in 1962, Andreas is an independent filmmaker and social worker. He shot various documentaries in long and short format and does remittance filmworks for different social institutions. Andreas is founder and head of KLAPPE AUF!, Hamburg's short film festival.
