Summer 1996. Ben, a shy 11-year-old boy, lives alone with his working mother when she leaves him alone at home to strike. The arrival of the troubling Eva disturbs him even more, especially when she evokes the legend of a mysterious creature hidden under a pontoon of the nearby lake.
