Max buys a rundown hotel by the sea, a final attempt to make a new life. Frank, his son and proud soldier comes to visit, secretly hoping to share Max’s dream. However Frank finds his father in a more decrepit state than the hotel.

Michael Pearce
Michael studied Directing at the Arts Institute at Bournemouth and Fiction Direction MA at the National Film and Television School where his graduation film, 'Madrugada', won The Royal Television Society Award for Best Short Film. He's currently developing his first feature, 'Beast', through the 2011 Torino Film Lab Script & Pitch Workshops.
