Xavier Rui

Born in 1974. He has a bachelors degree in Audiovisual Communication Technologies and a Post-Graduation in Photojournalism at University of Wales, Cardiff. He helping to set up a photographers collective: Kameraphoto and founded Ricochete Filmes with Bruno Gonçalves.
