In the field of fiction, Alex has directed several short films which have won more than a hundred of awards worldwide. Some of the most popular titles are 'El punto ciego' (2005), 'Abimbowe' (2008), 'Cómo conocí a tu padre' (2008) or 'Marina' (2010). With 'Cómo conocí a tu madre', he received in January 2010 a Special Mention in Sundance Festival.
Álex Montoya and Raúl Navarro have been producing, writing and directing short films for more than 5 years. 'Si Quieres Puedes', 'Gris', 'El Punto Ciego' or 'Sólo con los hermanos' are some of them, and have won more than 60 national and international awards.
