A race of people with light bulbs for heads have become outcasts amongst the rest of the human race. Their form of communication is by a system of flashing light codes. A lightheaded woman sends out a message of distress using a cityscape of fellow bulbs, in the hope of reaching her lover. Quick as a flash, help is on the way. A rescue mission is mounted and her life gets switched on again.
