Esmeralda is a teenager who has a special obsession: collects lost things, forgotten or left by people that she doesn't know, and keep them in a box under her bed. This is the story of three of the box's objects and people behind these ones, all of them unable to connect in a way with the person they love. It's also the story of the box itself, how Esmeralda learns to open it, feel and make a treasure from the more estimable thing: human relationships.
