In many parts of Sub-Saharan Africa, traditional hand drumming and dancing permeate all aspects of daily life. The film, the result of a backpacking trip through West Africa with a Bolex camera, is an exploration of traditional rythms. The title comes from a traditional song from Northern Ghana.
