Otieno, a twelve years old orphan living in Kibera, Kenya, one of Africa's largest slums, has to choose between gang life or redemption.

Nathan Collett
Nathan has lived in Venezuela, Australia, Pakistan, USA and Kenya. His time in Kenya inspired him to study African History at Stanford University, California, USA. His undergraduate honors thesis at Stanford was a documentary on the revival of traditional religion in Kenya. He further developed his filmmaking skills at the prestigious film school at the University of Southern California (USC), USA. He received a Masters of Fine Arts from USC in May 2006. Nathan is working in Nairobi, Kenya, supported by a Fulbright Fellowship, to research and write a feature-length script set in the world of Kibera Kid.
