Father and Son are living in a small cottage having no contact with each other and repeating everyday chores mechanically. A stubborn cow mixes up Son's work routine at the slaughterhouse and eventually forces Father and Son to reveal new side of themselves.

Kari Juusonen
Kari Juusonen, who was born in 1967, has started studying filmmaking in 1990 at the Lahti Polytechnic. An interest in mechanics and handicrafts led to experiments with puppet animation. In 2001, he graduated from the University of Art and Design in Helsinki, where he studied in the programme of animation at the Department of Film and Television. He has also worked as set designer and director in adverts, and made puppets and miniature models for animated and live films.
