Eduardo Chapero-Jackson
Eduardo was born in Madrid in 1971, from a Spanish father and an American mother. Between 1989 and 1996, he studied Fine Arts and Filming in New York. He came back to Spain to work in freelance. In 1997, he entered in Sogecine where he was production coordinator and screenplays director. He left the company in 2005 to dedicate himself to several projects, among them 'Contracuerpo', his first short film. In 2007, he directed his second short film, 'Alumbramiento', and made the premiere of it in the Venecia's Biennal, where it obtained the UIP Award for Best European Short Film.
