Abu Dis is an Arabic village situated at the shade of the Olive Mount in Jerusalem. After the start of the second Palestinian Intifada, the Isralian government decided to build a wall of two meters high in the middle of the village, dividing its inhabitants in two areas.

Alessandro Cassigoli
(Florence, Italy 1976) Alessandro grew up in Florence and moved to Rome to attend film school at the age of 19. He then worked in both cinema and television as an assistant director. In 6 years, he has worked on many Italian films as well as the most popular TV series. In 2005 he decided to dedicate himself completely to directing. Currently he is living in Berlin. Since 2001 Alessandro and Dalia working together under the name gotandafilm
Dalia Castel
Dalia was born in Israel in 1975. She moved to Tel Aviv to study Film Editing. After obtaining her degree, she began to work for the best Israeli production companies. After the film 'Urban Feel' she was nominated for Best Editor at the Israeli Film Awards. Currently she's living in Berlin. Since 2001 Alessandro and Dalia work together under the name Gotandafilm.
